Vincent Randolph
Community Risk Reduction Manager Vincent “Vince” James Randolph brings 22 years of experience within the Fire Service to the classroom. Beginning his career as a Public Educator with the Indianapolis Fire Department’s Firefighter’s Survive Alive!, program, he crafted engaging presentations and programs for over 100,000 learners during his 16 year span with IFD. In 2018 Vince joined the Zionsville Fire Department family and was promoted to Community Risk Reduction Manager in 2024. Along with an excitement for educating and “seeing the lightbulb come on”, Vince holds certifications as Fire and Life Safety Education I and II, Fire Inspector I, Youth Fire setter InterventionSpecialist I and II, as well as a Project Lifesaver International Coordinator. Vince also holds hisMinisterial License and is working towards his Chaplaincy Certification. Vince is married to his wonderful wife of 9 years,Christine. They have been blessed with two wonderful kiddos; a son, Vincent Gregory and daughter,Victoria.
