Mark Hart currently serves as Deputy Chief of Operations with the City of Westfield Fire Department. Chief Hart started his fire service career in 1991 after following in his father’s footsteps. He has served in just about all positions in the fire department.  Starting as a firefighter/Paramedic, he has worked his way up through positions of Lieutenant, Captain, Battalion Chief and Training Chief. In addition, he serves on the FDIC command staff and is a member of Indiana Task Force as a rescue speciali stand heavy equipment rigger. Chief Hart holds certifications in Fire Officer I, II, III and IV, Instructor I, II and III, Fire Investigator and all Disciplines of technical rescue. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, camping along with being a lead pyrotechnic operator with Pyrotecnico.
